4. Warranty

For the Water Tank Controller device, Roboidy provides:

• One (1) year replacement warranty Covers manufacturing defects under normal use. If it fails due to a factory fault within 1 year, we’ll replace it—no hassle.
• Nine (9) year service warranty for the Water Tank Controller device

Warranty coverage:

• The replacement warranty covers the complete replacement of defective units
• The service warranty covers repairs and maintenance services

Warranty exclusions:

• Damage resulting from accidents or misuse
• Unauthorized modifications to the device
• Improper installation
• Normal wear and tear

For other Roboidy products, warranty terms may vary and will be specified at the time of purchase. Software and digital services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, unless otherwise specified.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roboidy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

2. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
3. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
